For me peanut salted caramel combined with chocolate is a perfect mixture and it´s really hard to resist. Honestly I´m really into sweets right now, especially cakes and cookies in all variations. I´m a little bit pissed about it, but on the other hand you can find me at the oven more often.
Today in the morning I got desired on that special kind of tart just in this combination which I discovered in a vegan coffee bar.
Again this one is really simple but all the better.
Ingredients for the pastry:

150 g plain flour

150 g spelt flour

200 g margarine

1 sachet vanilla sugar
-
50 g raw cane sugar
-
approx. 50 ml oat drink
-
1 tbsp soy flour
-
10 g baking soda
Ingredients for the filling:

170 g sugar
-
50 g agave syrup
-
60 g margarine
-
110 ml soy cream
For the topping:
-
200 g dark chocolate
-
50 g salted and roasted peanuts
-
white vegan chocolate
For the pastry mix the dry ingredients in a bowl. Add the margarine (should be melted a bit) and start to bring the dough together using your hands (if the dough is too dry add a splash more oak grind) Once finished chill for 1 hour in the fridge.
After 1 hour you can heat the oven to 200° C. Grease the tart-pan and fill it with the dough. Bake for 20 minutes.
In the meantime you may prepare the caramel filling. For this heat the sugar, syrup, margarine and soy cream in a bowl. But not for too long!!
If the filling gets creamy chill for about 5 minutes.
The filling should be like a „snickers“ and may then be spreaded onto the pastry. Distribute evenly and add some crushed peanuts.
After that melt the dark chocolate and spread it on the tart, too. Last but not least add some grated white chocolate. Now you just have to wait until everything is firm and then: enjoy!

Woah, das klingt echt himmlisch! Ich bin auch ein großer Fan von dieser Kombi <3 Schoko und Frucht find ich nicht so besonders, aber Schoko und Erdnuss, yesss please! 🙂 Schickst du mir ein Stück? 😉

Wow… mir läuft das Wasser im Mund zusammen. Ich liebe Erdnuss, ich liebe Karamell, also besser geht’s nicht als in dieser Kombination!
