Pasta with Gorgonzola

Today I show you a vegetarian Pasta recipe… It´s very easy and quick to prepare.


500 g Pasta

200 g Gorgonzola

200 g Cream

1 bunch of rocket

Parmesan how much you like

50 g of pine nut

fresh herberge like Oregano, parsley and basil

salt and pepper



In a large pot of salted boiling water, cook pasta until al dente.

In the meantime heat the cream in a small pot, mix in the Gorgonzola and add some grated Parmesan (we took about 100g).

Chop the herbs, add them on the cheese cream and salt & pepper to taste.

Heat a small skillet over medium heat. Toast pine nuts in skillet, stirring frequently, until fragrant and beginning to brown.

Drain the pasta, pour the cheese cream over it and add the rocket and pine nuts. Finally sprinkle with some extra Parmesan.


Finished and tasty!
