Today I´ll show you my favourite summer pasta salad. Mediterranean, fresh and very delicious!
My Love comes from Greece and so we often eat mediteranean dishes…
The disadvantage is, we often smells garlicky.
However, before I get to the recipe I like to present you the very nice Online-Shop NATUREHOME. I found amazing olive wood kitchen utensils there which are perfect for my mediterranean cottage kitchen.
But the real reason why I´m writing about this store is another. You know, animal protection and conservation means a lot for me and thus I´m always searching for furnitures or decoration which are produced sustainable way.
NATUREHOME does it right! They´re working absolutly regardful with humans and environment! All their products are manufactured with sustainable and resource-efficient raw materials and but for all that the design is excellent. Look and see!
Now the recipe:
Ingredients:
- 500 g Pasta
- 1 glass sun-dried and inserted tomatoes
- 500 g fresh spinach leaves
- 2 red onions
- 3 cloves of garlic
- 1 litlle package of pine nuts
- 200 g Feta
for the dressing:
- olive oil and balsamico
- 2 teaspoon maple syrup
- fresh minced herbs
- salt and pepper
- half glass of pesto (or do it yourself)
- a ittle bit water
First cook pasta until al dente, rinse under cold water, drain and cool down. In the interval cut spinach in thin stripes and remove the shaft. Although cut onions, feta and tomatoes in smithereens.
Now pine nuts roast without fat in a pan and mix all ingredients in a bowl.
For the dressing herbs hackl with a mortar and mix together with the other ingredients. By the way you can also get this nice mortar made of olive wood at NATUREHOME.
At last squeeze the garlic and add it to the sauce. Cover and chill for an intense aroma.
I hope you like this recipe and if so let me know if you like it, too.

Nudelsalat mit getrockneten Tomaten und Feta mache ich im Sommer auch supergerne! Bisher immer mit Rucola, aber deine Kombi mit Spinat werde ich definitiv bald testen!
