Hello friends…today I´d like to show you a very tasty vegan recipe. It´s perfect for the cold and rainy days…
sitting on the sofa, drinking tea, reading a book and eating some kickshaws. One of this is bread with bananas and almonds. It´s a very simple recipe and you don´t need much time for it.
- 2 ripe bananas
- 250 g flour
- ca 50 g sugar
- 1 package of vanilla sugar
- 3 teaspoon of baking powder
- 2 tablespoon of cooking oil
- 100 ml of oat milk
- 50 g of kribbled or minced almonds
- margarine for the box type
First, put the bananas into a mixing bowl and trample them down with a fork. After that give the flour, sugar, vanilla sugar, baking powder, oil and milk to it. Now mix it all til it gets the consistency of a poundcake. finally fold in the almonds.
Now you can give the dough into the oiled box type. Bake for approx 45 minutes by 180 degree.
